One shot

Alot of times we only get 1 opportunity, one shot .

In anesthesiology , this is even more emphasized.

It goes from the feeble artery to get an art line , the moment before we miss the ship , the spinal anesthesia to work and of course intubation itself

I am junior and inexperience

At times , my failed procedure did cause harm

But even said so , there are ways to go around it to savage the situation , and of course much backup.
