Lepto

These few recent ICU calls wasnt so smooth.

The recent two, had very severe leptospirosis cases . Very virulent , not typical clinical signs , and patient deteriorated fast after intubation.

And the others are starting to "chop" my oncalls as Lepto-day ! Which is not a good thing being tagged on the forehead
